Our specialized anode backfill is engineered for use with magnesium and zinc cathodic protection anodes. It minimizes anode-to-earth resistance and helps retain moisture around the anode, resulting in a more efficient ground bed. The standard formulation contains gypsum, bentonite, and sodium sulfate, with an alternative gypsum and bentonite blend available upon request.
