MOBILTEX
CorTalk uDL2 – Cathodic Protection Data Logger for CP Coupons with GPS Receiver
SKU: CORTALK UDL2
A compact, GPS-enabled data logger for monitoring cathodic protection coupon status, measuring AC and DC current, and recording up to 2,000,000 readings.
The MOBILTEX CorTalk uDL2 is a compact data logger designed to measure and record cathodic protection (CP) coupon status, including AC current density, coupon DC current and structure potential. Its dual potential mode allows measurements from two structures simultaneously, helping identify short-term events that periodic field surveys may miss. With configurable measurement settings, GPS positioning and an internal rechargeable battery providing up to four months of service, the uDL2 supports reliable CP monitoring in demanding field environments.
Key Benefits
- Monitor CP coupon performance: Measure AC current density, coupon DC current and potential to assess cathodic protection system performance.
- Capture short-term events: Record critical measurements that periodic field surveys may overlook.
- Measure two structures simultaneously: Dual potential mode supports potential measurements from two structures at the same time.
- Support extended monitoring: Internal rechargeable battery provides up to four months of service and storage for up to 2,000,000 readings on a single charge.
- Simplify field installation and data access: Compact design fits inside most standard CP test stations, with an LCD display and USB charging and data retrieval.
- Operate in demanding environments: Rugged polycarbonate enclosure, lightning and surge protection, and a wide operating temperature range support field use.
